1. Installing OBSERVER OF THE WORLD

OBSERVER OF THE WORLD is a web app that can be installed from the official install page on supported browsers and devices. If the normal install prompt is available, follow the on-screen installation flow. On iPhone or iPad, installation may use Safari's Add to Home Screen option.

If an install prompt does not appear, the app may already be installed, the browser may not currently offer installation, or the device may require a browser-specific installation method.

2. Daily PUSH

The normal rule is one PUSH per local calendar day. After a successful PUSH, the button remains unavailable for that local day and becomes available again after the next local-day reset.

Country detection is based on Cloudflare IP geolocation and may occasionally differ from the user's physical location. If PUSH is temporarily unavailable, first check the network connection and reopen or reload OBSERVER OF THE WORLD. Security verification, unavailable country detection, or temporary service conditions may also prevent a submission.

3. MY LOG

MY LOG is device-local. If you want to keep it, do not clear OBSERVER OF THE WORLD application or site data. Free-use MY LOG cannot currently be restored from the server.

4. WORLD ACCESS and OBSERVER MODE

WORLD ACCESS is a one-time paid upgrade. Upgrading unlocks OBSERVER MODE in OBSERVER OF THE WORLD, with cumulative country / territory counts, regional views, the live world ticker, and real-time world observation.

WORLD ACCESS is active on one device or browser at a time per purchase. If access is restored on another device or browser, WORLD ACCESS moves to that device or browser. To use WORLD ACCESS on multiple devices or browsers at the same time, a separate purchase is required for each one.

If you have already purchased WORLD ACCESS but it is no longer recognized on your device, use the access verification page to check whether your purchase can be verified. Verification does not guarantee that access can be restored in every case.

5. Troubleshooting without losing local data

• Confirm the device has a working internet connection.
• Close and reopen the app or browser tab.
• Reload the page if live data appears disconnected.
• Allow the browser to run the Cloudflare security check used for PUSH verification.
• Before clearing cookies, site data, or application storage, remember that doing so may remove local state and may permanently erase MY LOG.
