TERMS

Last updated: October 1, 2026

1. Acceptance and purpose

By installing, accessing, or using OBSERVER OF THE WORLD, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service or purchase paid access. OBSERVER OF THE WORLD is built around the principle of one honest PUSH per person, per local calendar day.

2. Fair use and prohibited use

Please use OBSERVER OF THE WORLD in the spirit of ONE BUTTON. ONCE A DAY. EVERYONE. The service is intended to reflect genuine participation. You must not intentionally create additional PUSH opportunities, artificially increase counts, bypass participation or access limits, interfere with service operation or security, or use bots, scripts, automation, request replay, modified clients, or similar means for artificial activity or unauthorized paid access.

OBSERVER OF THE WORLD may use reasonable technical measures to protect service fairness, availability, and security, and may restrict activity that reasonably appears abusive or intended to circumvent these rules.

3. Free use and MY LOG

Free use does not require an account. MY LOG and related personal history are stored on the user's device or within browser/application storage. They may be lost if application or site data is removed, storage is cleared, or the user changes devices or browsers. Restoration of free-use MY LOG is not guaranteed.

4. WORLD ACCESS

WORLD ACCESS is a one-time paid upgrade available from within OBSERVER OF THE WORLD that enables OBSERVER MODE in the same application.

5. Payments, refunds, and access status

If WORLD ACCESS is purchased, payment processing, taxes, receipts, refunds, chargebacks, and related payment matters may be handled by the designated payment provider under its applicable terms, policies, and processes, together with applicable law.

OBSERVER OF THE WORLD may rely on purchase status provided by the payment provider when determining whether paid access is active. If a purchase is refunded, reversed, cancelled, charged back, or otherwise becomes invalid, the associated WORLD ACCESS may be suspended or revoked.

6. Service availability and changes

OBSERVER OF THE WORLD is independently developed and operated under the SREVERS brand. Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain, improve, and continue the service.

However, temporary interruptions, changes, suspension, or discontinuation may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, failures of external services, security requirements, unexpected circumstances, or other situations that make continued operation difficult. Where reasonably possible, efforts will be made to maintain or restore the service.

Uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with every device or browser, and permanent preservation of all functions or data cannot be guaranteed.

7. Support and privacy

Reasonable efforts will be made to respond to technical issues related to OBSERVER OF THE WORLD. However, specific response times, successful recovery, or support for every exceptional situation cannot be guaranteed.

Information about data handling is provided on the Privacy page.

8. General

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law. If a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, that requirement applies to the extent of the conflict.

These Terms may be updated when reasonably necessary. The current version will be published on the official OBSERVER OF THE WORLD site together with its last-updated date.
